My name is John Char and I would like to share my vision for a Healing Wellness Center located in the
mountains of beautiful Hawaii. I am the founder of the College Clinic for BioLife, a nonprofit 501C
Corporation, purposed to mentor health providers dedicated to transforming people's life to God by
healing their hearts through prayer and curing diseases with holistic medicine and science.
Prayer is how we talk to God. Prayer is time we spend being with God. Healing is a journey to total
wellness. It involves both the curing of diseases (medicine) and spiritual advancement (prayer).
It involves the advancement to the fullness of the stature of Christ. God's will is our Wholeness.
Healing is a movement towards wholeness. Healing is related to holiness, and man's learning to live
in a holy state with whatever the condition is. A spiritual life lived well encompasses the whole of
one's being, including finding ways to live with pain, allergies or an unfavorable prognosis. Jesus
was involved in the healing of people in all three levels - body, mind, and spirit. These principles are
found in the Epistles of the Apostles.
I believe that healing helps us to be how God wants us to be in body, mind, emotions, spirit and
relationships. Curing is a physical process that uses non-invasive therapy and natural remedies.
Healing involves the whole of our families, our relationships, our whole being and ourselves.
There are three phases to achieving my Vision of Healing on the mount where Hearts and Minds
are transformed by the love of Christ's works.
Christ heals in three levels.
In Level One: Doctors cure with medicine by treating symptoms with drugs and surgery. Health
practitioners treat causes of symptoms with preventive therapies such as biochemical tests, nutrition,
lifestyle changes, genetic changes, exercises and drugless therapies.
In Level Two: Spirituality applies to healing.
In Level Three: Prayer heals the total being.
The seeds for the first two levels for curing and healing wounds of emotional, mental and physical
suffering have been planted. The College Clinic for BioLife has tutored students in the first two levels
of healing with prayer and natural medicine that will treat physical, emotional and mental illnesses.
The third level of healing, the spiritual, is now being practiced where the Wellness Ministry is being
incorporated into the Healing Wellness Center.
Students will participate in a pilot program using Bio-energetic medicine with prayer for drug addictions,
long-term homecare and Hospice patients. People will be tutored to team up with certified health
providers and doctors to coach families, businesses, and the needy on how to live life well in God's
eyes and be a Wellness ambassador training others to carry forth God's ministry.
In this growing season, mentoring healing teams consisting of laymen trained in energy medicine team
up with health professionals to go out to the marketplace to coach families, and businesses in the
community on how to live life well and be useful in time before death.

market place ministry in prayer medicine and education is a versatile cost effective address for the
challenges that beset indigenous peoples here in Hawaii and globally.

If you are fond of rainbows and misty air, quaint little havens here and there, you will be sure to fall in
love with the Healing Wellness Center.
If you like the taste of organic foods, served by a window with an ocean view, you are sure to fall
in love with the Healing Wellness Center.
Winding roads that seem to beckon you, miles of green beneath skies of blue, ginger blossoming in
the morning air, reminding you of a place where you belong.
If you spend an evening, you will want to stay, watching the moonlight on quaint little alcoves amidst
jogging trails, silhouetted on cottages here and there. As the moonlight slowly fades behind the
mountain top, a halo casts a reflective shadow upon the mountain side.
Upon arriving at the Center, you feel drawn in by the breathtaking view of the islands, and the fragrance
of black pinewood trees. Moving into the premise, you are greeted with the splendor of a waterfall
splashing on energy stones that project a rainbow of energy across a rain forest surrounded with
pools. Hovering over the falls will be stain glass windows that beam colored light from the sun into
the atrium.
The Health and Beauty Spa will use organic products for clay facials, needleless wrinkle therapy,
massage, and energy therapy. The Spa will offer nutrition counseling, weight loss program, Cranial
Aquatics, CET (emotional release technique) and Chinese Qigong exercises.
The Healing Clinic including the Pain and Allergy Research Center will treat patients suffering from pain
and allergies. The Clinic will be staffed with Holistic dentists, doctors and health practitioners.
The BioLife College will offer Alternative and Complementary Medical and Dental courses for a variety
of modalities including courses in healing Pain and Allergies.
Correspondence courses will be broadcast internationally using satellite networking, teleconferencing
and webcasting.
Seminars and Conventions in Bio-Energetic Medicine and Dentistry will be conducted semi-annually.
Diners will be delightful with the exquisite taste of gourmet cuisine prepared by International Chefs.
The menu will offer nurtured grass fed beef, open range chicken and seafood dishes. A natural food
delicatessen will serve soup, salad, and sandwiches with mouthwatering desserts for breakfast and lunch.
The Health and Beauty Spa will share an invigorating pool with the Out Patient Healing Clinic. A kidney
shaped pool divided by a tropical island where one side is used for spa patrons and the other side for
healing therapy.
The pool will be heated to 92 degrees and will have a filter for mold and spores. The water will be
cleansed with hydrogen peroxide and saturated with oxygen.
The air in the Center will be filtered against harmful organisms and the drinking water will be purified
with ozone and oxygen.
The Center will be environmentally safe, free of pollutants and electrical radiation.
The Center will be built with natural biocompatible materials, equipped with solar powered electricity,
and non-polluting "gravel marsh" wetland septic systems.
The Health Food Store will feature organic herbs, natural supplements, special natural products and an
organic market.
A Day Care Center, Martial Arts School, Exercise Classes, Nutrition Classes, Wellness Classes in
Anti-Aging, Qigong, Breathing classes, Catering Services, and an Elementary School will occupy the
South wing in the Center.
The main Conference hall will be available for special events and wedding receptions.
Church services will be available on Sundays.
North of the Center, nestled in the forest overlooking the ocean view, will be the private deluxe suites for
patients and out of town guests.
A Japanese Garden motif adds serenity to the Jacuzzi, steam bath, massage, exercise facilities and
dining area.
Housing and a school will be available to employees' families. An organic farm will supply produce to the
restaurants and market.
This Center will be balanced with a harmonious design combining ancient concepts and spiritual practice
with the most advanced technologies of passive and active solar designs that hallmark this as the
foremost healing and worship Mecca in the world.
The Center will be aligned to the earth's electromagnetic field using the principles of Feng Shui
and Biogeometry.
The landscape will generate a peaceful sense of tranquility that will enhance one's presence.
The enlightenment of God's intention will make it possible to heal those who are crippled with mental,
emotional, physical and spiritual afflictions.
An interisland cruise tour to Hawaii's Ancient Healing Sites will feature cranial sacral therapy in the ocean,
meditation in the mountains, Chinese breathing and walking exercises in the waterfall and singing in the
forest with the birds.
On the tour bus, patrons will be coached to practice the three stroke relaxation massage technique for
tired shoulders, neck and head muscles.
Lunch will then be served at an ethnic restaurant where the chef will explain how the food is prepared.
Patrons will be coached on how to energize their food and beverages.
Hospice patients, retirement and rest homes patrons will be bused to the Center for two-hour lunches
with an hour for the CET stress and anxiety technique and breathing exercises.
Church and volunteer groups will assist in the program and lead them in prayer.
Working with federal government grants will cover Holistic programs for the sexually abused, battered
women syndrome, physically injured, phobia patients, emotional depressed, marriage relationships,
disorientated family members, business pressures, and other forms of related maladies.
The main stream of income will be from the medical clinic, conventions, seminars, workshops, grants,
donations, spa, health food store, day care center, membership fees, nutrition store, dental services,
commercial rental space, employee housing rentals, patient housing, food catering, satellite tutorials of
workshops and research, school tuition, restaurants, organic farm, healing tours and wedding receptions.
Church services will be conducted on the weekends.
Families can picnic and use the facilities and premise over the weekend.
The Healing Wellness Center will be a holistic healing haven for spiritual, drugless healing and research.
This Center will use high technology globally to instruct and share research and development to satellite
branches throughout the world.
The Purpose of this Center is "Learning to Live in God's Presence" and Transforming People's Heart
and Wellness In the Marketplace.
"You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of Your presence and the pleasures
of living with You forever" (Ps. 16:11 NLT).
